I have chosen open water it’s blue tones. Below I have yarn windings of indigo dye. Lace and wool. Dipped at different lengths of time. These are the shades of indigo blue I’m experimenting for my scarf.

Devoré screen print technique
I dissolved and screen printed the velvet with ‘fibre etch’ washed out the velvet pile and naturally dyed in turmeric, berries and rose petals.By mixing the dipping this created pinks and orange shades. Final screen print with green acrylic paint.
